LIFE & The profile of Ricky Mccormick.
++ OLD COMPOSITION REVISITED, november 17, 2015 ++
+ Why are the notes different despite being written by the same person?
The key is in the notes, the notes look different because it is necessary
The first part of the first note was written in a quiet place, maybe at home.
The rest of the text was written somewhere away from home, in a strange place and in an informal way.
This explains errors and dirty look.
IMHO notes can be divided into four parts:
1+ Note one: Work planning for monday & Autobiography
2+ Note two: Caution & Description of the place where the case is hidden.
1+ Monday Mccormick to go a Marais temps Clair CA to hide something at the sight of all / Important events in the life of Mccormick (1971, 1974, 1975, murder, 1994).
2+ Explanation of how to locate the place where are buried more than $ 99,840 and something else under a shed to watch the birds/ Advice about the use of money,
And that is the meaning of the notes of the Hitchhiker, a strange mixture of last will and repentance... IMHO of course.
+ Are anonymous notes?
+ If it is a letter, the signature of the author should be at the end (2nd note)
–In my humble opinion the master key is in the 2nd note, last line.
–I see that: “O-W-m-4 H8L XORLX”= "OWN for I AM MCCORM(i)CK
Can you see which letters are repeated and where?
Can you remember the Arthur´s C. Clarke joke about HAL 9000? HAL = IBM
So this is the last will of RICKY MCCORMICK
________________April 20, 2015 + CORRECTION_____________
+ The last line of the note 2 is that:
"O-W-m-y H8L XORLX" = "OWNY I AM MCORM(i)CK"
+ My hypothesis is that the hyphen joins letters to form a word
So the hyphen is a punctuation mark used by Mccormick to join letters and to separate words of a single word.
+ Then "O-W-m-Y" must be one word, not two words, "OWNY" but i did not find this word in my book, a dictionary english-spanish until a few days ago on internet.
+++++++++++++++ Previously ++++++++++++++UPDATE 6 october 13
"O-W-m-4 H8L XORLX" is "OWN-for I AM MCCORM(i)CK"
Like the short story by Edgar Allan Poe "THE GOLD BUG"
IT SEEMS TO BE THAT NOBODY HAS DONE THE PROFILE OF THE VICTIM.
1+ McCormick suffered from chronic heart and lung problems and authorities have not ruled out the possibility that his health may have
contributed to his death. McCormick had a history of ER visits and had suffered from asthma and chest pains since childhood.
2+ He was seen alive late in the afternoon of June 25 at Forest Park Hospital in St. Louis, where he entered the emergency room......again.
This time he complained that he was having trouble breathing. He was not admitted and was officially released.
3+ No one had reported him missing...... He was not married but he was the father of at least four children.
4+ McCormick had a criminal record but Maj. Tom O'Connor of the Major Case Squad and St. Charles County Sheriff's Sgt. Kevin Wilson said they do not believe it contributed to his death.
5+ Authorities found no evidence of fights or disagreements McCormick might have had.
6+ McCormick was unemployed and on disability welfare but he was not homeless.
7+ McCormick was a high school dropout
8+ His father, Charles McCormick, said Ricky "couldn't spell anything, just scribble." His mother, Frankie Sparks, said "The only thing he could write was his name. ... He didn't write in no code."
9+ McCormick did not own a car.
10+ He seemed scared.
11+ McCormick told Jones he was holding the stashes of weed for Baha Hamdallah, the police report states.
12+ McCormick subsisted on occasional odd jobs — floor mopper, dishwasher, busboy, service-station attendant — and disability checks he collected due to chronic heart problems.
On the Amoco gas station, at 1401 Chouteau Avenue south of downtown St. Louis where he worked, there he met the Hamdallah brothers (owner of the business).
13+ Confidential informants told police Elroe Carr was killed "at the behest of Baha Hamdallah," 1998 Baha allegedly threatened to kill Carr, described by family and acquaintances as a sometimes-homeless drug addict, if he didn't get off the property with a rusty hammer.
14+ About the notes: one page looks like message format but the others reminds me of notes like you´d take during a meeting, as an unfinished draft of something
15)-FBI says he was writing codified pages that nobody understood, notes written for him itself, and that explained his key to nobody since childhood.
--------Like a children´s game.---------

FOR ALL THIS I THINK THAT:
+ Nobody really knows Ricky McCormick ....... and he does not trust anyone.
+ McCormick may have been regarded as something of a simpleton who, despite some street smarts and his criminal record, was generally naïve to the world. He preferred the graveyard shift and developed a reputation as a night owl, heading out the door at dusk and dragging himself home at dawn.
+ Eventually Ricky found trouble himself. In November 1992, St. Louis police arrested the 34-year-old McCormick for having fathered two children with a girl younger than fourteen years old. McCormick had been sleeping with the girl since she was eleven, according to court files, which protected the girl's identity.
He told his doctors he didn't abuse drugs or alcohol, a statement friends and family back up. It didn't help, however, that he smoked at least a pack of cigarettes a day since he was about ten years old and drank coffee by the gallon. By his own estimate, he told his doctors he downed more than twenty caffeinated beverages a day.
+ He is a sick man, his illness is chronic and he knows better than anyone his health and so.....
1+ Natural death, it is quite possible
2+ Fear to death, lt is quite possible
...and so a man goes to ER
...and so a man writes a last will
+ This alleged code is in fact a shorthand text with some measures of deception like SMS language or textese (also known as txt-speak, txtese, chatspeak, txt, txtspk, txtk, txto, texting language, txt lingo, SMSish, txtslang, txt talk, or l33tsp34k) is a term for the abbreviations and slang commonly used with mobile phone text messaging, but sometimes used with other Internet-based communication such as email and instant messaging

U TOTE means YOU TO TIE ( & CARRY).
(U=you, TO=TO, TE=T(i)E) or T(i)E(d)
THE OTHER MURDER INSOLVED
Mccormick is a sick man,
He wrote because he knows that is going to die soon and reveals that there is the insolved murder of someone nicknames or named "THORN".
---Look note one, line 12:
+ ("TF n (thorn) c ms P SOLE mRDE LUSE TO T E WLD n WLD n CBE")
To me means the following:
+ ("Thief and "thorn" had miss quit sole murder loose to tied would and would not had been)
---I do not know whether or not he participates in the murder but this is something that he can not forget.
THORN = ELROE CARR, i suppose is a geometrical shorthand character.
Carr's murder (1998) remains unsolved, and police made no arrests. But confidential informants told police Carr was killed "at the behest of Baha Hamdallah," according to St. Louis police reports obtained through a public-records request.
