A bit of history
Since 1984, nearly 40,000 people have been killed in clashes with the PKK, which is designated as a "terrorist organization" by the international community, including the United States and the European Union.

The PKK launched a three-decade-long self-rule insurgency in 1984. It tempered its aims subsequently and its imprisoned leader Abdullah Öcalan has been negotiating a resolution to the conflict. But in recent months the process has stalled with positions hardening on both sides.

 Kurdish anger has been boiling since the Turkish government refused to intervene militarily to help the Syrian Kurdish defenders of the border town of Kobani to see off a months-long siege by Islamic extremists.
During the siege, which was lifted in January partly as a result of fierce U.S.-led coalition airstrikes on the extremists, Turkish jets launched air raids on PKK positions in southeast Turkey.
The main Syrian Kurdish group is an offshoot of the PKK. Further anger was prompted last month when the Turkish President warned he would not allow the Syrian Kurds to create a state of their own along the border with Turkey.
And clashes between the PKK and the Turkish military have increased in the southeast of the country, with both sides accusing the other of prompting the fights.

The peace process with the Kurds is one of the main initiatives of President Tayyip Erdogan's decade in power, during which Turkey has enjoyed an economic boom underpinned by investor confidence in future stability.



The Statement

The sentiments of frustration and deep anger contained in the weekend statement reflect the ire of many of the country’s 12 million Kurds towards Ankara.
The PKK-linked Kurdish Communities Union (KCK) declared an “end to the cease-fire” first agreed in 2012 and warned it would target "all the dams” in the country’s southeast.
In the statement delivering a significant setback to the fragile off-and-on peace process, the KCK said Turkey's building of barracks, dams, and roads for military purposes had violated the truce.
"The Turkish State took advantage of the cease-fire conditions, not for a democratic political resolution, but to gain an advantageous position in preparation of war by building dozens of guard posts, roads for military purposes and dams in order for a cultural genocide," the statement said.



 Turkish political crisis
In March, the country’s president, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, dismissed the idea there is even a Kurdish problem, prompting fears that talk of a breakthrough by his ministers was misplaced. Erdogan argued Kurds already enjoy equal rights with the rest of the country and should not need anything else. 
The plight of the Syrian Kurds in Kobani provoked riots among Turkey's 15 million Kurds.

 Opposition politicians tied his nationalist dismissal of the Kurds to the June parliamentary elections. His ruling Justice and Development Party (AKP) lost its majority in the polls and is now immersed in coalition talks, with the most likely partner being the right-wing Nationalist Movement Party (MHP), which wants to see an end to the peace process.


Monday 13:
Pro-Kurdish lawmaker Altan Tan accused the government of paving the way for a collapse of the peace process by acting slowly and dragging its feet in the talks. "Those who want a [peace] resolution have to act swiftly to avert a rekindling of the insurgency", he says.

And Turkey's Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu vowed Monday the construction of dams and roads in the country's mainly Kurdish southeast would continue. "Governments build roads and dams," he said. "They don't back down through threats.” 
He accused the PKK of reneging on a pledge to withdraw armed fighters from Turkish territory.


The rise of nationalist parties in Turkey's recent elections and developments in the broader Kurdish geo-politics of the Middle East illustrate that nationalism as a political, ideological, and sentimental framework is regaining steam. An independent Kurdistan has been a dream for the region's Kurds for decades. 

Twenty five percent of Turkey’s population is Kurdish, and Erdogan—like most of his ethnic Turkish countrymen—are terrified that Turkey may lose a huge swath of its territory if Syrian Kurdistan liberates itself alongside Iraqi Kurdistan. Turkish Kurdistan could very well be the next domino.

Turkey has a world-class army—the second-largest in NATO—and could obliterate ISIS from the face of the earth if it wanted. If Syria’s Kurds can make headway into ISIS-held territory with just a ragtag militia, Turkey could liberate the Syrian population from Bashar al-Assad, Hezbollah, and ISIS simultaneously.
 



The Kurdish momentum
Kurds are often regarded as "the largest ethnic group without a state", although larger stateless nations exist.

Kurds have a special deal in Iraq that they have nowhere else in the world: territory they actually govern semi-autonomously from the central Iraqi government. Iraqi Kurdistan is defined as the three provinces — Dohuk, Erbil, and Sulaymaniyah — and the Kurds' fight against ISIL both in Iraq and Syria is also creating the Kurdish public sphere as a community of shared emotions and sentiments. The US cares so much about protecting Kurdistan because US is bombing the Islamic State (ISIS) in Iraq with a campaign narrowly targeted (?) to support the Kurdish military, or peshmerga.....but the point is that the Kurds aren't totally united. And neither is their government, or their military.

The government of Iran has never employed the same level of brutality against its own Kurds like Turkey or Iraq, but it has always been implacably opposed to any suggestion of Kurdish separatism.

The most populous Kurdish community is in Turkey — about 13 million. There's between seven or eight million in Iran, about five million in Iraq, and somewhere between 2 and 2.5 million in Syria. And none of these countries want an independent Kurdish state but now they have  territory, oil and the friendship of the government of the United States because kurds are by far the most effective force fighting ISIS in both Iraq and Syria.

 In Iraq, Kurdish forces armed by both Iran and the U.S. have taken perhaps 10,000 square miles from ISIS since last fall. They also snapped up the disputed city of Kirkuk, rich in oil and cultural significance to Kurds and Arabs alike—and are preventing Arabs from returning to some villages. Houses are marked “Reserved for Kurds,” and Kurdish checkpoints declare, “No Arabs Allowed.”

Massoud Barzani, who leads the Kurdistan Regional Government, has repeatedly said Kurds will not fight for the rest of Iraq, or for the idea of it.



The  ISIS  momentum

Since the US intervention, the peshmerga have retaken some of the towns ISIS had seized. It's possible ISIS will hold onto the territory they've taken, but on-the-ground reports make it sound as if the momentum is flipping to the Kurds.

Human Rights Watch documented instances of Kurds confining Sunni Arabs to specific areas to prevent their return, actions  undermine the attempts by the U.S. and Baghdad to lure Iraq’s Sunni Arabs away from the orbit of ISIS and back into Iraq’s national enterprise.

The maddening paradox is that the situation grows more difficult to manage with every gain against ISIS, the shared enemy: “Iraqi Kurds are using U.S. airstrikes and the political vacuum in northern Iraq not only to push back ISIS, but also to recapture disputed territories and oil fields—some of the very measures that have fueled Sunni Arab resentment since 2003.” Said Denise Natali, a senior research fellow at National Defense University in Washington.
  
A substantial percentage of the Middle East’s Sunni Arabs see ISIS as the only thing standing between them and Iranian overlordship and  If ISIS can keep the Kurds down, Turkey’s territorial integrity is more secure.

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry said there was no discrepancy between Ankara and Washington over the strategy for fighting Islamic State in Kobani and that Ankara would define its role according to its own timetable....
 
....But Diplomats and heads of state are often to last to notice tectonic geopolitical shifts. They’ve spent years, even decades, forming relationships with their foreign counterparts. but it’s becoming clearer by the year that Turkey’s membership in NATO is a vestige of an era that expired a long time ago. 




If Isis is the monster that Nostradamus predicted the Kurds must be defeated as the new allies of the United States ( the Syrian-Iranian-Hezbollah axis) .

+ Recently Iran's former hard-line President Mahmud Ahmadinejad has reportedly said that the United States is working to arrest the Hidden Imam, who according to Shiite belief went into hiding in the 10th century and will reappear to bring justice to Earth ( according to a transcript posted on June 21 on the website Dolatebahar.com, which is run by his supporters).

Ahmadinejad suggested that the West -- and particularly the United States -- sees the return of the Hidden Imam as a threat to its "empire," adding that the U.S. administration is "evil."
"It is really a government established by Satan to prevent reaching God and the Hidden Imam," Ahmadinejad was quoted as saying. " … This evil government knows that its end will come if the Hidden Imam reappears."

He reportedly acknowledged that "some in Iran laugh about these comments."

+ The Shiite like many Christians, lives in a world full of signs of the impending concluding chapters of history. This is vitally important in understanding Shi'a culture and political theory. 

Most of Iranian history can only be understood in relationship to the Doctrine of Return and the prophecies associated with it. For instance, during the Iranian Revolution, several Iranians believed that Ayatullah Ruhollah Khumayni, the spiritual and theoretical head of the Revolution, was the Hidden Imam or Mahdi returned to the world of humanity. While Khumayni never admitted this, he never denied it either. In many ways, the Revolutionaries believed that they were engineering or inaugurating the beginning of the reign of justice in the world, just as the radical Protestant English who settled America believed that they were inaugurating the one thousand year rule of saints that would precede the end of the world. Contemporary Iranian politics can in no way be divorced from the fundamental religious tenets of Shi'a Islam.

Sunni and Shi'ite Islam have different beliefs on the identity of Mahdi. Historically, Sunni Islam has derived religious authority from the caliphate, who was in turn appointed by the companions of Muhammad at his death. The Sunnis view the Mahdi as the successor of Mohammad, the Mahdi is expected to arrive to rule the world and reestablish righteousness. Various Sunnis also share a parallel belief that though there may be no actual Mahdi, the existence of mujaddid will instead lead the Islamic revolution of a renewal in faith and avoidance of deviation from God’s path. Such an intellectual and spiritual figure of Sunni tradition has been attributed to numerous Muslims at the end of each Muslim century from the origin of Islam through present day. This classical interpretation is favored by Sunni scholars like Ghazali and Ibn Taymiyyah.

Shi'a Islam, in distinction, followed the bloodline of Muhammad, favoring his cousin and son by marriage, Ali. Ali was appointed the first Imam, and following him there were eleven more. Muhammad al-Mahdi, otherwise known as the twelfth imam, went into hiding in 873/4 AD at the age of four. His father was Hasan al-`Askari, and had been murdered, and so he was hidden from the authorities of the Abbasid Caliphate. He maintained contact with his followers until 940 AD, when he was hidden.

THE DISPUTE AND THE CHASE
According to Islamic tradition, the dispute between the majority Sunnis and the Shiat Ali (Party of Ali) began upon the death of Muhammad in 632. The Sunnis contended that the prophet of Islam had made no provision for a successor as political, military, and spiritual leader of the Muslim community, and that therefore the Muslims should choose the best man among them as their leader. The nascent Party of Ali, on the contrary, claimed that Muhammad had designated his son-in-law Ali ibn Abi Talib as his successor, and that the successor of Muhammad had to be a member of the prophet’s household.

Ali was finally chosen as the fourth caliph in 656, but in 661 was assassinated. Hassan, his eldest son (and successor, as far as the Shi’ites are concerned), was murdered in 670 on the orders of the Sunni caliph Muawiya.

The Sunni/Shiite split became definitive and permanent when Ali’s younger son, Husayn, was killed in the Battle of Karbala in 680.

After the beheading of Husayn, the Shi’ites continued a succession of Imams, members of Muhammad’s household and his prophetic heirs. Each one in turn, over two centuries, was poisoned on orders of the Sunni caliph. According to the traditions of Twelver Shi’ism, the official religion of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the twelfth of these Imams, a boy of 4/5 years old, disappeared.



THE HIDDEN IMAM  (Shiite version)

The core of the Shiite religious world view is the Hidden Imam, Muhammad al-Mahdi, "The Guided One."

While the stories of the first eleven Imams are historical in nature, the history of the twelfth Imam is mystical and miraculous. Born in 868 AD / 255 AH, Abu'l-Kasim Muhammad (which is the name of the Prophet himself), and when Hasan al-Askari, the Eleventh Imam, died in 874 AD / 260 AH, the seven year old boy declared himself to be the Twelfth Imam and went into hiding. The Shiites believed that he hid himself in a cave below a mosque in Samarra; this cave is blocked by a gate which the Shiites call Bab-al Ghayba , or the "Gate of Occultation." This is one of the most sacred sites in Shi'a Islam, and the faithful gather here to pray for the return of the Twelfth Imam.
 
The central Shi'a doctrines revolving around the Hidden Imam are the doctrines of Occultation (Ghayba ) and Return (Raj'a ) . The Doctrine of Occultation is simply the belief that God hid Muhammad al-Mahdi away from the eyes of men in order to preserve his life. God has miraculously kept him alive since the day he was hidden in 874 AD / 260 AH; eventually God will reveal al-Mahdi to the world and he will return to guide humanity.

This return is the most significant event in the future for the Shi'ite faithful and has thunderous eschatological consequences. This return will occur shortly before the Final Judgement and the end of history. Imam Mahdi will return at the head of the forces of righteousness and do battle with the forces of evil in one, final, apocalyptic battle. When evil has been defeated once and for all, the Imam Mahdi will rule the world for several years under a perfect government and bring about a perfect spirituality among the peoples of the world. After the Imam Mahdi has reigned for several years, Jesus Christ will return (raj'a ), as will Husayn and others. It is the return of the dead that falls under the Doctrine of Return; the Mahdi will only appear to humanity.
 
The world, for the Shiite, is a deeply immoral, degenerate, and corrupt place; these are the necessary preludes to the appearance of the Hidden Imam  or Mahdi. Like Christianity, Shi'ism is also a deeply prophetic religion. Like Christian belief, the end of time and the appearance of the Mahdi will be preceded by a number of events foretold in prophecy.

Like other Abrahamic religions, Islam also teaches resurrection of the dead, a final tribulation and eternal division of the righteous and wicked.Islamic apocalyptic literature describing Armageddon is often known as fitnah, malāhim, or ghaybah in Shī‘a Islam. The righteous are rewarded with pleasures of Jannah, while the unrighteous are tortured in Jahannam.

There are two main sources in Islamic scripture that discuss the Last Judgment: the Qur'an, which is viewed in Islam as infallible, and the hadith, or sayings of the prophet. Hadith are viewed with more flexibility due to the late compilation of the traditions in written form, two hundred years after the death of Muhammad.The concept has also been discussed in commentaries of Islamic scholars such as al-Ghazali, Ibn Kathir, and Muhammad al-Bukhari.

The hadith describe the end time with more specificity than the Qur'an, describing the events of al-Qiyamah (Resurrection) through twelve major signs. At the time of judgment, terrible corruption and chaos will rule. The Mahdi will be sent and with the help of Isa (Jesus, re-imagined, as in Sunni Islam, as a Muslim prophet), will battle Masih ad-Dajjal (evil). They will triumph, liberating Islam from cruelty, and this will be followed by a time of serenity with people living true to religious values. However, there is no mention of the advent of Mahdi and Isa in one era in any of the hadith. Some Muslim scholars translate the Arabic word "Imam" as "Mahdi" to prove the advent of Mahdi and Isa in a single era.

There are a number of major and minor signs of the end of days in Islam. There is debate over whether they could occur concurrently or must be at different points in times, although Islamic scholars typically divide them into three major periods (The majority of these have been collected, summarized and listed below to the best of knowledge):
 

ONE  Minor Signs
 
   The appearance of fitnah (tribulations) and removal of khushoo' (fearfulness of God, taqwah, reverence, etc.)
   Coming of 30 Dajjals, everyone presuming himself that he is an apostle of Allah. 
   Until a person would pass by a grave of another person and he would say: I wish it had been my abode.
   Loss of honesty, and authority is given to those who do not deserve it. 
   The taking away of knowledge and the prevalence of religious ignorance. 
   Frequent occurrences of sudden and unexpected death.
   Spreading of killing.
   Acceleration of time. 
   Rejection of Sunnah (Hadith).
   The spread of riba (usury, interest), the spread of zina (adultery, fornication), drinking of alcohol.        
   The widespread and condoning of music.
   The decoration of mosques as a matter of pride and competition.
    Women will increase in number and men will decrease in number so much so that fifty women will be looked after by one man.
    Abundance of earthquakes.
    Frequent occurrences of disgrace, distortion, and defamation.
    When people wish to die because of the severe trials and tribulations that they are suffering.
    Jews fighting Muslims.
    When paying charity becomes a burden.
    People will compete in the construction of very tall buildings.
    Women appearing naked despite their being dressed.
    Seeking knowledge from misguided and astray scholars.
    The liar is believed, the truthful is called a liar and the honest is called a traitor.
    The death of righteous knowledgeable people.
    The emergence of indecency (obscenity), enmity among relatives and neighbours.
    The rise of idolatry and polytheists, in the community.
    The Euphrates will uncover a mountain of gold
    Estrangement of Islam.
    When the land of the Arabs returns to being a land of rivers and fields.
    The Romans (Christians and the Western world) would form a majority amongst people.
    Earning of money through unlawful (Haram) ways increases.
    When there is much rain but little vegetation.
    Evil People will be expelled from Al-Madinah.
    Wild animals communicate with humans, and a man speaks to his whip or his shoe, and his thigh will tell him about what happened to his family after he left.
    Increase in thunderbolts.
    There will be a special greeting for the people of distinction.
    Trade will become so widespread that a woman will help her husband in business.
    No truly honest man will remain and no one will be trusted.
    Only the worst people will be left; they will not know any good or forbid any evil (i.e. No one will say there is no God but Allah).
    Nations will call each other to destroy Islam (Islamic values, culture, teachings, Muslims) by any and every means.
    Qur'an and Islamic knowledge will be passed on, but no one will follow it correctly.
    Muslim rulers will come who do not follow the guidance and tradition of the Sunnah. Some of their men will have the hearts of devils in a human body.
    Stinginess (being Miserly) will Appear, Honourable people will perish and Dishonourable people would prevail.
    A man obeys his wife and disobeys his mother; and treats his friend kindly whilst shunning his father.
    Voices are raised in the mosques.
    The leader of a people is the worst of them.
    People treat a man with respect because they fear some evil he may do.
    Much wine is drunk.

Also Ibn Umar reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, turned to us and said, “O emigrants, there are five things with which you will be tested, and I seek refuge with Allah lest you live to see them:

    Sexual immorality never appears among people to such an extent that they commit it openly except that they will be afflicted by plagues and diseases unknown to their forefathers;
    They do not cheat in weights and measures (business, trades, etc.) except that they will be stricken with famine, calamity, and the oppression of rulers;
    They do not withhold charity from their wealth except that rain will be withheld from the sky, and were it not for the animals there would be no rain at all;
    They do not break their covenant with Allah and His Messenger except that Allah will enable their enemies to overpower them and take some of what is in their hands;
    And unless their leaders rule according to the Book of Allah and seek every good from that which Allah has revealed, then Allah will cause them to fight one another.”

 
TWO  Major signs

Following the second period, the third will be marked by the ten major signs known as alamatu's-sa'ah al- kubra (The major signs of the end). They are as follows:

    The false messiah, Masih ad-Dajjal, shall appear with huge powers as a one eyed man with the other eye blind and deformed like a grape. He will claim to be God and to hold keys to heaven and hell and lead many astray, although believers will not be deceived.His heaven is the believers' hell, and his hell is the believer's' heaven. The Dajjal would be followed by seventy thousand Jews of Isfahan wearing Persian shawls.   The return of Isa, from the second sky to kill Dajjal.
    Ya'jooj and Ma'jooj (Gog and Magog), two tribes of vicious beings which had been imprisoned by Dhul-Qarnayn will break out. They will ravage the earth, drink all the water of Lake Tiberias, and kill all believers in their way (or see). Isa, Imam Al-Mahdi, and the believers with them will go to the top of a mountain and pray for the destruction of Gog and Magog. Allah will eventually send disease and worms to wipe them out.
    A huge black smoke cloud will cover the earth.
    Dabbat al-ard, or the Beast that will come out of the ground to talk to people.
    The sun will rise from the west.
    Three sinking of the earth, one in the east,
    One in the west,
    And one in Arabia
    The second trumpet blow will be sounded, the dead will return to life and a fire will start come out of Yemen that shall gather all to Mahshar Al Qiy'amah (The Gathering for Judgment).

OPINION
Throughout history, there have been multiple claimants to the role of Mahdi that had come into existence through their pious deeds and by subsequently acquiring their own following. Perhaps the most famous pretender to the title of Mahdi is for Westerners Muhammad Ahmad of Sudan, was believed to hold the title following his self-proclamation in 1881 and stand against the Turco-Egyptian government as well as the British ( Mahdist War .)

Now all post-colonial boundaries have collapsed.

Pakistan acts freely in Afghanistan, as Turkey does in Iraq and Syria. Kurds have run away from Iraq to form an autonomous region and protect themselves from yet another ISIS slaughter. Iran is integral to this widening gyre of geostrategic free fall - not above it. And as always, the Shiites and Sunnis kill each other.

A Muslim ruler must stand out and rivals must unite against the common enemy, and then the invasion of Europe is possible as Nostradamus predicted writing about a new Anibal or Arab prince. Yes, a new Persian Empire or Carthaginian empire against European civilization but without the Iranian leadership.
 

Iran as a fragile and internally unstable Islamic republic,  has systematically and consistently spread its sphere of influence in a region where national boundaries mean very little but is a deeply flawed, menacing, and malfunctioning Islamist theocracy. 

 
Iran has an area of influence but Iran can not go beyond.Iran must be submitted and so the Muslims will be able to be invincible until the arrival of the King of France.

Jeane asked to be “furnished material by the Bureau on an extremely confidential basis, which she might utilise in her speeches to combat the influence that “left-wing agitators are seeking to exert on the youth of the US”.

Jeane Dixon´s prophecy, or rather information, fits perfectly with the plan for a New World order, a plot that has been engineered through millennia by the most powerful families in the world, most of who form a collective in the United States. In the end Dixon sees this man leading his sheep down a faulty path into darkness and destruction.

People think that she misinterpreted the prophecy about "Negroes". She thought that it pertains to black people in the US, when in fact, possibly,it had to do with AFRICANS whose countries were gaining independence from their colonial rulers before their citizens were ready to rule themselves..... Which makes uncomfortable reading for several reasons.

Some people says History is on your side:  Nothing productive has ever come out of sub-saharian Africa. Northern Africans are not black. Blacks are genetically not capable of being as intellectual as Asians or Whites. Blacks were brought to America as chattle, the blacks that sold their own kind into slavery did not sell Steve Urkel types (no money for skinny unproductive trouble makers) The buyers of the chattel wanted the big and strong stupid ones like Mike Tyson. Hence your race was bred as live stock and does possess superior athletic abilities. However intellectually blacks will continue to lag behind because they are intellectually inferior.

+ One would think that the black population in America would be immensely satisfied considering the opportunities offered them here, compared to the Sudan and other black countries, but they are not.

The title "America 1968" is crossed with a red line by replacing the date "2015". A reference to riots that had agitated Baltimore after the assassination of Martin Luther King. Despite the evidence, the photo was published in 2015, reinforcing the idea that little has changed since 1968.

 This strong sense of cliché illustrates the riots that occurred in Baltimore Monday 27 and Tuesday, April 28, following the funeral of Freddy Gray, a young African-American 25 years after his death in custody. For six police officers were charged with manslaughter, according to the prosecutor of the city.

Local police are now often seen equipped with the same gear and weapons you would see in a war zone. How did this happen? 

The majority of mass shootings are caused by white men, but U.S. don’t say "we have" this epic problem of whiteness.  Isn't that a bit irrelevant when you take into consideration that 80% of the violent crimes in this country are committed by 13% of the population-blacks. If you look at the FBI’s uniform crime report, when the black crime statistics are left out of the equation, the crime rate in America drops to near nothing. In fact, it puts U.S. in the same category as the low crime countries if are compared too.



"It takes a village to raise a child” 

......is a proverb that leverages the cultural context and belief that it takes an entire community to raise a child. A child has the best ability to become healthy adults if the entire community takes an active role in contributing to the rearing of the child.The proverb has been attributed to African cultures though historians have found similar sayings in many cultures across the world.

+ The paternal abandonment has become a crisis in the black community. According to the Alabama DHR, 70 % of  adolescents charged with murder grew up in fatherless homes and 70% of  long term prison inmates grew up in fatherless homes. Unfortunately going to jail becomes a rite of passage for a youngster. 73 percent of black kids are born to  unwed mothers. The welfare system will take care of the low-income mother and child, and because that income will be reduced if there is a spouse, there is no urgency from the inner-city community to be married. Children, especially boys, need their fathers to love, teach, discipline, and protect them.

Some liberals point to “the legacy of slavery”  but back when blacks had to enter establishments through separate doors, about 85 percent of black children were born to married parents. Ironically, as integration increased, so did black out-of-wedlock pregnancies.

There is no doubt that many in the black communities have a problem with authority figures. Actions of disobedience have been strewn across social media, and many times when force is applied, the community labels it as police brutality. (Some, of course, is actually abuse.)  There is outrage when the police apply force to a member of the community, but why is there no outrage for the community member’s non-compliance with authority, and glorification of violence to police?

The progressive mayors are not doing enough to combat the thug and anti-cop mentality in certain cities.New York has seen a 43% increase in crime since DeBlasio discarded Guiliani’s stop and frisk policy.   Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton,  the NAACP, Congressional Black Caucus and other black leaders have been excusing the black criminals and provoking hatred for the police for quite some time.There’s also the music and media industry, where some have used lyrics and popular games to level hatred against the police for years.

Unfortunately, it is the hard truth; a truth that many in the media and political arena are afraid to touch in fear of being labeled racist.

 2  Who wants to kill a mother & adulterous wife and her lover?
+  The husband Arthur Dean Ferrin, THE CUCKOLD . 

 + On July 4, 1969, Darlene left her small house next to the Vallejo Sheriff’s Office, where she lived with her husband Dean and their daughter Dena, and told Dena’s babysitter that she was going to buy fireworks for the party she planned to have that night. 

 __ Just before midnight on July 4, 1969, Darlene Elizabeth Ferrin (22-year-old)  and Michael Mageau (19-year-old) drove into the Blue Rock Springs Park in Vallejo, four miles from the Lake Herman Road murder site, and parked. Ferrin  worked as a waitress at Terry's Restaurant and Mageau was single and worked as a laborer. 

__  According to Mageau's statements to police in the days that followed, Ferrin had picked him up at his house about half an hour earlier, and they were going to get a bite to eat when Darlene said that she wanted to talk to him about something. __ The killer directed the flashlight into Mageau's and Ferrin's eyes before shooting at them. Both victims were hit, several bullets passing through Mageau and into Ferrin.  


__ After firing five shots, the man turned and headed back towards his car. Michael Mageau screamed in pain, and the suspect returned and fired two more shots into each of them. Michael was hit four times, Darlene five. The gunman shot her several times as she sat helpless behind the steering wheel. The gunman  really wants to kill them.

__ Darlene Ferrin, a woman who was known to have several lovers,  was killed on Friday July 4, 1969, at 15:45.
 

+ Michael Mageau survived and later fled the state. Because of this trauma he went into hiding and became a drug addict or alcoholic or both. He was also homeless for a while. His encounter with the Zodiac profoundly altered and  ruined his life.





AFTER, Saturday, July 5, 1969

1:30 a.m. – The phone rang at Dean and Darlene’s house. Their friend Bill Leigh answered it. All he could hear was heavy breathing. “Why doesn’t she stay home with her husband once in a while,” he said into the mouthpiece and hung up.

__ William did state that he knew that she was running around a lot and thought she was seeing other men, could not give names or dates, places, of any of this. Stated she would go out and stay out until late night or early A.M. Stated some of William’s friends had said they had seen Darlene in different places with other men. William stated Dean (husband) allowed her to go out usually as she pleased and would not believe she was doing anything wrong.

 + Ferrin's first husband (february 1966 - 1967) , James Phillips Crabtree , was also briefly a suspect after Darlene´s family told several stories (beatings and insults like "SLUT") which appeared to implicate the man:

+ Obviously Ferrin's  husband, Arthur Dean Ferrin, was initially a suspect in the murder, however was ruled out once it was established he was working as a cook at Caesar's Restaurant at the time of the murder.


__ The husband of an adulteress, often is  regarded as an object of derision. Cuckold´s  option is to ignore the situation and accept the ridicule or kill the woman, her lover, or both. There is no longer duels but divorce yes and then Arthur Dean Ferrin could lose his daughter Deena legally.

THE DAY
+ On the afternon of September 29, 1969, a 20-year-old Hartnell ran into an old girlfriend, Cecelia Shepard, and he suggested to go a Lake. Lake Berryessa, a scenic reservoir about 45 minutes east of Napa and not far from Pacific Union College where they were both students. They found a secluded spot near the water edge and spread out a blanket so they could relax and catch up.

__ Bryan Calvin Hartnell was STILL a junior prelaw major student at Pacific Union College in Angwin. Cecelia Ann Shepard  was THEN a fifth-year senior music major  student at the University of California, Riverside, and she had only been up around Angwin visiting a friend. Tomorrow she was leaving to go back south.

__ According to the police report, the couple was relaxing on a blanket at a very remote location, on a secluded shore of the lake. Shepard noticed a man approaching them wearing an unusual costume and holding a gun.  Then between the victims and the man with glasses approaching them occurred  a strange conversation like the elaborations of a bad liar  ....After several minutes of conversation, the man tied the couple with plastic clothesline and began stabbing them. He appeared to be more than 6'0" tall with a heavy build.

 __ Cecelia Shepard, age 22, was stabbed 10 times, five in the front and five in the back. Bryan Hartnell, age 20, was stabbed six times in the back. The knife had a wooden handle and a blade approximately 10 to 12 inches long


 __ After the assault, the man walked  away from the scene.  Bryan Hartnell  had remained conscious throughout Cecilia's attack and Cecilia Shepard  soon regained consciousness (This time the murderer did not return to finish the job). 

__ The couple began yelling for help.  He began to crawl for help.

__ A nearby fisherman heard the couple screaming and alerted park rangers. It took nearly an hour for an ambulance to arrive, at which time both victims were in critical condition. 

__ Just over an hour after the attack, the Napa Police Department received a call from a man claiming responsibility for the stabbing. Napa County Sheriff's Department deputies  found that the attacker had written a message on the victim's car door . Tire tracks indicated the killer had parked behind the victim's car.

The Zodiac had  drawn a zodiac ‘symbol’ on their car with a felt tip pen and the message included the dates of the Faraday-Jensen and Ferrin-Mageau attacks. Why?  ... a statement or signal to be located?

__ He survived but Cecelia Shepard passed away 2 days later as a result of her injuries from the Zodiac's knife. While Bryan gave many interviews in the first few years after the attack.

Note: Gary was an older boyfriend of Cecelia. Parents stated that Gary, 21  years old, senior, Pacific Union College, threatened victim when victim started going Bryan Hartnell. This ocurred sometime in  1968. However the parents stated that he was small in stature and that victim Bryan Hartnell knew him quite well.

LATER : THE 3 STATEMENTS AND Bryan Hartnell versus "THE CHICKEN" of Graysmith.

 " Hartnell says he never wallowed in the misery of his attack, or spent much time wondering why he lived and Cecelia died. He opted not to veg out at his parents home in Oregon, convinced the down time would not be helpful. Instead, after hed recovered from his wounds, he resumed a full load of classes, received his B.A. in 1971 and completed law school four years later.

....Zodiac producers gave Hartnell a copy of the script..... he asked for one change. . Graysmith had heard from one of the investigators that Hartnell had told the Zodiac, "I am chicken, stab me first". He won´t come out and say it but, clearly, he finds the misquote deeply offensive. Most importantly, he says, it´s untrue...

The only reason I am sensitive about it is it's so preposterous, he explains. First of all I had no clue that it [the stabbing] was going to happen until it happened. And I don´t think a person who was chicken would say I am chicken, stab me first. I mean, I can say I am chicken, I don´t want to be stabbed but I don´t think anyone would say stab me first!.....

.. and the line was excised from the script and the line was excised from the script.

__ While Bryan gave many interviews in the first few years after the attack, but he is no longer discussing the case with the news media. Despite being more than accommodating to press inquiries in the past year(2008), Hartnell says his interview with Inland Empire Magazine will probably be his last. He is convinced the resurgent publicity the film (Zodiac) brought him is not in his best interest.

+ He attempted to interview both the boy and the girl victims while awaiting arrival of the ambulance.......  Hartnell Knew.

THE AGREEMENT:  If the Ranger is not a liar, the murderer said that he would stab them and Hartnell asked to be stabbed  first because he did not want to see Cecelia stabbed....and so did the murderer. Hartnell knew but later changed his statement and  said he did not know what would happen.

7:40 p.m. – The phone rang at Napa P.D. This is the way the conversation went:
“Napa police department, Officer Slaight.”

“I want to report a murder – no, a double murder. They are two miles north of Park Headquarters (actually about only a half mile). They were in a white Volkswagen Karmann Ghia.”

[There was a long pause.] “Where are you?” asked Slaight.

“I’m the one that did it.”

The receiver was then put down but the connection was not broken. Slaight could hear traffic passing in the background. He phoned the operator to trace the call. Police traced the signal to a pay phone located at 1231 Main Street, the Napa Car Wash. It was only four and one-half blocks from the police station and exactly 27 miles from the scene of the attack. That showed that he had left the lake immediately.

EXPLANATION: A mistake in speech that shows what the speaker is truly thinking. A Freudian slip, also called parapraxis, is an error in speech, memory, or physical action that is interpreted as occurring due to the interference of an unconscious ("dynamically repressed") subdued wish, conflict, or train of thought guided by the ego and the rules of correct behaviour. They reveal a "source outside the speech". The concept is thus part of classical psychoanalysis.

Thus in  the cruel charade of Lake Berryessa only one person should die, everything else is the alibi of the other victim .....this is what the murderer wanted to say.

 4  Who wants to kill an unknown taxi driver? 
+ A Thief, He steals personal items. 

+ Two weeks after the Lake Berryessa attack Oct. 11, 1969 (Saturday), Zodiac shot a cab driver in San Francisco, ripped off part of the driver’s bloody shirt, and sent cypher codes to three local newspapers, demanding the cypher be printed. He signed the letter “Zodiac” and included the crosshairs symbol. San Francisco was bedlam. This communication kicked off years of letters and threats from Zodiac, although the murder of Paul Stine was the last killing to be officially credited to the Zodiac killer.

__ Paul Stine, age 29, was shot once in the head at point-blank range. The weapon was a 9mm semi-automatic pistol, not the same 9mm used in the Ferrin murder. Stine's wallet and keys were taken and a large portion of his shirt was carefully torn off.

__  He kills to collect.....  No.  The murder is incidental. The gunman wants to have an obvious evidence of his identity distributing pieces of Paul Stine's bloody shirt (He want a firm or personal signature). He steals to prove the Zodiac´s identity to other people, so i can deduce that he no longer wants to kill more people.

+ There were three witnesses from a house on the southeast corner of the intersection. They called the police and described a white male, 25 to 30 years old, 5'8" to 5'9", stocky build, reddish-brown hair worn in a crew cut, heavy-rimmed glasses and dark clothing. 

The three witnesses, though hampered by poor lighting conditions and fog during their observation of the crime, worked with a SFPD police composite artist to put a face on Zodiac. A few days after the sketch was circulated throughout the Bay Area in the form of a wanted poster, the witnesses requested the sketch be altered to make it more accurate.

HOW TO CREATE A MONSTER

FIRST:  STALKING A MONSTER BUT FOR THE WRONG REASON

+ Many of the confirmed victims targeted  (6 of 7) were couples in popular make-out spots who were gunned down IN A CAR or stabbed by a man.

+ Urban legend, countless B-movies and actual crime records have proven that distracted couples kissing in their car in a dark deserted place can be a target for nefarious characters.

+ Imagine how frightful the truth unvarnished would be without hypocrisy and its accompanying equivocations to hide the conduct of life.

+ In a rural area it's hard to keep secrets

+  Arthur Lee  Allen.....the prime suspect was a sexual pervert known but not reported to police until 1974:  Detective Mulanax  contacted Allen's former employer, the owner of a service station in Vallejo. The owner described Allen as an honest, efficient worker who had a habit of showing too much interest in small children, including one of the man's three daughters. Mulanax learned that Allen had recently taken the man's young daughter on his boat without the man's knowledge or permission. Mulanax wrote, "While on boat, Allen is alleged to have made improper advances towards the girl." 


__ Allen lost his job at the Greater Vallejo Recreation Department approximately five years earlier due to his association with small children. Kidder, the head of the GVRD, stated that he had received numerous complaints from parents regarding "various acts towards their children." Like the owner of the service station, Kidder had not reported Allen's inappropriate conduct to police.

__ Vallejo police spoke to the owner and operator of the Arco Service Station in Vallejo. Vallejo police told the man that they were conducting an investigation of a former employee, Allen, who had worked at the station on a part-time basis for approximately six months, until the owner terminated his employment in April of 1969. The man described Allen as an "undependable employee" who had a drinking problem and was "too interested in small girls."

__ Arthur Lee  Allen, a man who  covets a particular goal and is the target of all the people for the Swiss watch brand Zodiac...

PLACES FOR LOVE, HAPPINESS, AND DATING.

+ If you live in a fairly rural location with lots of little back-roads that are steadily, though infrequently traveled. On any given night it's about  for the course for at least one set of headlights to flash on at a distance of about a quarter mile as I approach. I don't deceive myself as to what's going on in those cars, or why the headlights suddenly shut down when my light come into view..... Imagine  having  a spot popular with local teenagers cruising after dark like Lake Herman Road (Benicia), the parking lot of Blue Rock Springs, a golf course in Vallejo, & Lake Berriessa (Napa).

__ An example: The crime scene at Lake Herman Road in Benicia, just outside of Vallejo city limits, where Betty Lou and David Faraday were murdered on December 20, 1968. The entrance to a pumping station was known to be a lover’s lane by many Vallejo and Benicia residents, 


__ The murdered cabbie was not the usual Zodiac-style victim.

We can deduce that the murderer knows Vallejo, Benicia and Napa. He lives there.


+ TO GIVE AN ALTERNATIVE SUSPECT TO THE POLICE Dpt. 
THE PRIME SUSPECT: A CHILD MOLESTER & CLOCK´S OWNER

+ Arthur Leigh Allen was the prime suspect in the Zodiac murders and the only suspect served search warrants by police. Allen owned a Zodiac watch and molested some kids. Really not much to the case against him. Don Cheney, who was Allen's former close friend and the first person to suggest Allen may be the Zodiac Killer.

 

 Elementary school teacher but the suspect was reported  to be a child molester. 
He was in the Navy in the late 1950's & dishonorabily discharged .
He had had never married.

 __ Mr. Cheney, who apparently spent more time with Allen, related that on different occasions Cheney and Arthur Allen would go hunting together and engage in conversations. On one occasion, Cheney and Arthur Allen were talking more or less in a science fiction type story mode, and Arthur Allen asked Cheney, 'Have you ever thought of hunting people?' Allen talked on, relating how he could go to a lovers lane area and use a revolver or pistol with a flashlight attached for illumination and an aiming device, and he would walk up and shoot people. Allen went on saying that it would be without motive and how difficult it would be for the police to investigate. Allen stated that he would send notes to police or authorities to harass and lead them astray, and he would then sign the notes, “Zodiac.” Allen also talked about shooting the tires of a school bus and picking off the “little darlings” as they came bouncing off the bus.

__ Ronald Leigh Allen did say that he was acquainted with Cheney and Panzarella, and that "they were responsible people who would not have made such statements if they were not true. He further stated that he had received a complaint from Cheney that his brother had made improper advances towards one of his children." ....... According to Ronald, his brother "drank to excess and had a definite problem as far as children were concerned."

__ The San Francisco Police investigation of Allen ended. Their investigation failed to uncover any evidence that linked Allen to the Zodiac's crimes.....  Mageau's original description of the killer did not match Allen. As a witness, Mageau left much to be desired. He had abused alcohol and drugs for many years. Retired detective Ed Rust had interviewed Mageau in the days after the shooting and did not believe he could have identified the gunman in 1969, let alone do so some twenty-two years after the shooting. But ....

... Allen's problem with children had apparently led him to molest a young boy, and officers of the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office arrested him on October 1, 1974. Subsequently convicted, Allen served out his sentence at the Atascadero State Hospital. + Robert Graysmith's book  advanced Arthur Leigh Allen as a suspect based on circumstantial evidence:  He owned and wore a Zodiac brand wristwatch.


__ Did suspect Arthur Leigh Allen really wear a watch with the Zodiac's symbol on it?__ Yes. The movie (ZODIAC) shows Zodiac suspect Arthur Leigh Allen wearing a watch that bares the killer's symbol and the brand name Zodiac. The real Arthur Leigh Allen wore an identical watch, the Zodiac Sea Wolf watch. Robert Graysmith commented on this in an interview, "To use the symbol ... to wear that watch, and to be at the crime scenes and to know the victims ... he would have to be the Zodiac."___ Robert Graysmith's.

SYMBOL,  WATCH,  COSTUME  &  PINS
According to Allen, his mother had given him the watch as a gift approximately two years earlier.

__ Allen had never been publicly named as a suspect, and had Graysmith used his real name in his book, he could have faced a lawsuit for defamation of character, or any number of legal woes. Therefore, Allen's name was changed to "Bob Hall Starr," and, using this pseudonym as a shield, Graysmith was able to distort and exaggerate the facts, omit exculpatory evidence, and invent much of the case against the suspect, all without fear of repercussions.

+ Allen claimed police had pressured him to submit to a polygraph examination  in the 70's. He said, "I took a 10 hour lie detector test and passed the...damn thing...So, they tell me, 'Well, you're a sociopath and you can cheat on lie detector tests." (Reminds that the Zodiac was thought to be a sociopath).

LIKE A TYPICAL PROFILE  (Zodiac stereotype)
The  typical Quantico psychologist says that the Zodiac killings would probably still be continuing if the killer was not deceased or imprisoned. He stated that most serial killers would "keep souvenirs or trophies from these criminal acts...so they can keep these in a hidden place and relive the incident many times over".  Doctor added that such killers would often store these trophies along with "journals and news clippings of the crimes themselves" in "ingenious hiding places within their residence such as, false walls, hidden safe, etc." It was possible that a serial killer might have a storage place at another location.

__ The Zodiac displays traits of both a serial killer and a spree killer; though he often targeted more than one victim, used a pistol and had shorter and shorter intervals, he did apparently not commit suicide right after his killings ended and usually targeted a specific, physical type rather than a certain demographic. 

__ The same way, he also displays traits of both an organized and a disorganized offender; though he left survivors, he brought his murder weapons with him (when he attacked Hartnell and Shepherd, he even brought pre-cut lengths of rope), had enough presence of mind to attack his victims in secluded locations and, most notably, got away with the killings. Since he brought murder weapons and ligatures to bind his victims, the most accurate classification for him could be Mixed classification.

__ The Zodiac was a narcissist who craved attention and sought to make himself known by taunting the police. From the letters received by police, it was apparent that the Zodiac wanted his identity to be known eventually but was interested in seeing who would be smart enough to crack his code.

__ As mentioned before, his use of odd spellings led police to believe that he was foreign, possibly British, and would have a military background. This would be either Naval or Merchant Marine. Additionally, all of the Zodiac's confirmed murders took place on (Mageau and Ferrin) or near holidays (Faraday and Jensen) or on a Saturday at night (Stine) or the late afternoon (Hartnell and Shepherd), suggesting that he had a day-job or something else that kept him occupied during the week.

__ The Zodiac might have also been either impotent or had bad relationships with women, due to the overkill on his female victims.

We can deduce that the murderer knows the law and the behavior of the local  and state police department. In some library should be the book that explains the criminal routine that he's copying. He is a student.

Final Opinion / Draft of a novel.
ANOTHER INTERPRETATION OF DATA

+ City life breeds a more dangerous lifestyle and leaves no chance for getting to know your fellow townsfolk. On the flip side, living and growing up in a small town is better than doing so in a big city. Everyone knows your name; there is a sense of community spirit and just going to visit your neighbor can be rewarding.
 
__ But it´s difficult to come out in this type of environment because, despite the small town mentality and the fact that everybody knows everyone else, sex is everything. straight sex that is. and peoples attitudes toward you change entirely if they know you´re a sinner.

__ So... living in a small town as a female adulterer or gay man  is incredibly difficult. At least in the south. I want  not to perpetuate stereotypes, but its a fact that most southern towns are by nature more conservative and less accepting.

__ That's the way it is in small towns. Gossip is a way of life in small towns and many people in them will go to great lengths to find out everything they can about their neighbors. The main form of recreation seem to be gossiping about who had a drinking problem, who was having sex with whom, and so on.

__ Anybody who is mean spirited and manipulative can start rumors that have no truth to them, and cause serious damage to a person's reputation, depending upon what kind of power that person wields in a community. This can definitely seriously damage quality of life, and it may have nothing to do with lifestyles or "deserving it." To pretend that there are no baseless vendettas in small towns is pretty shortsighted.  Let's not be all Pollyanna about it.


+  If your marriage is going badly, denial is a defense mechanism, and with divorce and its pain, denial helps numb us so we can carry on. The court can divide your property and issue orders relating to child custody and visitation. Dean Ferrin is facing a public humiliation, and even worse, he may lose her daughter by her adulterous wife (and this is no secret to the locals). Then there is only one solution, but he needs an alibi.


+ Moreover Bryan Calvin Hartnell had reached the state. He was a young student who wants to be a lawyer. Member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. As a child he moved frequently with his father's ministry, which became very adept at making new friends in the new communities. So he knows another church member Cecelia Ann Shepard and she falls in love despite having a boyfriend, Gary, who leaves aside for the newcomer.

__ Cecelia was very much in love with Bryan and looked forward to a future together but, suddenly,  it was over and they were no more than friends. There was no rival. No other lover. Something bad had been discovered and this makes impossible the love. 

Can Cecelia keep the secret? 
Can Bryan allow someone to know his secret?

Then there is only one solution, but he needs an alibi.

 
+ Somehow they became friends. A man who knew the country and another man who knew the world crime trends being that for his studies to become a lawyer has read books about the history and the criminal mind. A plot like the novel  "Strangers on a Train".

__ Thus Bryan killed the first couple and then killed Ferrin's wife and seriously wounded his lover. The first crime was random, any couple could have been killed. They were too young to have an enemy and they died in a corner of the county, in a place known by the locals. The second crime was the beginning of the show because it was necessary to distract people from what is evident. And so the first objective was achieved: No divorce, no one will take the daughter to him, no matter what people think of him.

__ The most difficult murder is committed now. Bryan must convince Cecelia to go to a certain place where Dean Ferrin awaits them....and to survive only he.

__ She no longer loves him but they are still friends after all.  At the lake, they agree to use the knife so he has a better chance to survive but she also (the difference between the wounds of each should not be extraordinary, because people would suspect). They need to make a cruel charade for the victim,  because if  she survives, is also she the alibi. As a precaution to avoid mistakes and ensure the timely arrival of help in the right place, the stabber leave a message (localization signal) on the car door with a pen and telephone the police at the earliest opportunity ...but then he commits the second error, he says:

 “I want to report a murder – no, a double murder. They are two miles north of Park Headquarters . They were in a white Volkswagen Karmann Ghia.”. 
 This is  Freudian slip, a mistake in speech that shows what the speaker is truly thinking: "I'm here to kill  ONE  human being". 

__ The first error happened before, but until the advent of White Ranger this will not be apparent. Cecelia and Bryan are interrogated, and she partially confirmed the story but he can not to lie in front of her and state that "the assailant said  wanted stab them, and the victim said he wanted to be stabbed first because he can not stand to see she stabbed". Since then Bryan tried to hide this agreement and  says  that he did not know what would happen to them.

  __ The last murder was committed by Dean Ferrin because Bryan was in the hospital. A  taxi driver randomly chosen was killed in San Francisco and his blood stained shirt was stolen to keep alive the show because all the objectives had been achieved. Killing is no longer needed, simply send a letter with a piece of bloody shirt to scare the people and embarrass the police.... again and again.
